- Hold a level IV diploma, BTA Viticulture Œnologie, BTSA Viticulture or, by decision of the DRAAF, an equivalent level. Or provide proof of 3 years' full-time professional activity.
- For other situations, the D.R.A.A.F. may grant a waiver of entry to training under certain conditions
