For the apprentice, the gross salary is roughly equivalent to the net salary received. To find out more, visit the Portal for work-linked training. The apprenticeship program is based on the principle of alternating between theoretical instruction at a training center and on-the-job training at the employer’s workplace with whom the apprentice has signed a contract. The contract begins, at the earliest, three months before the start of the training program (provided the apprentice has obtained the diploma required for admission to the program).
