COMPENSATION
The apprentice receives a salary determined as a percentage of the SMIC (39% to 67%), the amount of which varies according to the apprentice's age and the year of the contract.
For the apprentice, the gross salary is roughly equivalent to the net salary received. To find out more, visit the Portal for work-linked training. Apprenticeship is based on the principle of alternating theoretical instruction at the training center with practical training at the employer's premises. The contract begins, at the earliest, three months before the start of the training course (subject to obtaining the diploma required for access to said training). The work-study model has been co-constructed with industry professionals to meet the needs and constraints of employers. In this way, our training is adapted to the professional sector!

Any private sector company, including associations, can take on an apprentice. The non-industrial and commercial public sector (including the three civil services) can also use apprenticeships under certain conditions.
CONTRACT
Apprenticeship contracts may be concluded for a limited period (fixed-term contract) or as part of an open-ended contract (permanent contract).
